Built on Tokugawa's former residence, Keio Girls Senior High School still retains aspects of a samurai residence, such as an authentic Japanese gate and a Japanese garden with various kinds of trees. Although our school is located in the heart of Tokyo, it still maintains a unique historical atmosphere. In 2014, an annex building was added, providing a larger and more stimulating learning environment.
Our school is equipped with various facilities allowing students to lead a comfortable and safe school life. These include a nurse's station, with a school counselor and a doctor from Keio University Health Center on duty, security guards posted around campus throughout the day, and a school cafeteria offering a wide variety of dishes. Students are also free to use the Common Room where they can ask questions or chat with teachers.
For extracurricular activities and for studying, students can also make use of the extensive facilities located nearby at Keio University.
